2 Sleeping on your left side

Those sleeping on their left side are prone to nightmares and yes they could well be of the Freddy kind as there isn’t a criterion to limit the intensity of a nightmare. But as much as left side sleepers may experience nightmares, the irony here is that sleeping on the left side has a number of health benefits such as improved heart circulation, better digestion, healthy spleen and various bodily functions.
