Sleeping on your back influences dreams of vulnerable and the sense of making you feel exposed to negativity. Such incidents could well crop up in dreams like reaching an appointment or an exam late or suddenly find yourself naked without your pants in public. That too could be construed as a nightmare amounting to a huge embarrassment.
