4 Sleeping on your back

Sleeping on your back influences dreams of vulnerable and the sense of making you feel exposed to negativity. Such incidents could well crop up in dreams like reaching an appointment or an exam late or suddenly find yourself naked without your pants in public. That too could be construed as a nightmare amounting to a huge embarrassment. But apart from the study, did you know that lying on your back with your hands folded over your chest can also give you nightmares?

However m, the study points out that when sleeping on your back you are more prone to forget dreams easily. Thank goodness for that!!
