1 Pyramids of Egypt
Egypt is famous for two things, one is the River Nile which is the longest river in the world and the others are the humongous Pyramids built by the Pharoahs. The oldest pyramid is Pyramid of Djoser, situated at Saqqara and was built in the period of 2630 BC- 2611 BC. The largest pyramid is the Great Pyramid of Giza, which is a part of ancient Seven Wonders of the World and took 20 years to build, with construction ending in 2560 BC.
