15 Images That Show Deep ‘Star Wars’ Is Embedded In Our Culture

The world first got a glimpse of ‘Star Wars’ in 1977 with the release of ‘Episode IV – A New Hope’ which was created and directed by George Lucas. The movie was an instant hit as there was nothing like that ever seen before. The movie broke box office records and even new grounds for VFX work.

It was followed by ‘Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back’ in 1980 and ‘Episode VI – Return of the Jedi’ in 1983. Together these formed the now-beloved ‘Original Star Wars Trilogy’. It was followed by a prequel trilogy, comics, video games, and even animated cartoons.

This is a really cute spin on the classic quote. What makes this even more special is the ring inside the lightsaber as lightsabers are known to have a crystal inside them.
